El Auténtico Arroz Valenciano
Rice is not a side dish here, it is the star. At La Paellera we cook every arroz the Valencian way, over a live flame, with bomba rice, real saffron and ingredients from the Costa Blanca. From the classic Paella Valenciana to a deep, dark arroz negro, each pan is made to order and built for sharing.
